NADT PHOTOGRAPH PRICES and INSTRUCTIONS

In order to make “Photo Day” go smoothly,  You must fill out a different order form for each change of costume or separate shot like, sisters or friends. The order form must be completed in advance.  It will be held by the dancer for the first photo then placed in a box. This will be repeated for each costume change with the new order form.

We have included a sample of how we will need to have the order form filled out. Please download a copy of the order form and have it filled out before you arrive.

We will not be making change this year so if you use cash you must have the correct amount for your payment.  We will have an envelope available to attach to your form to hold any check or cash.
